TRANSNATIONAL MEETING IN LUCE, FRANCE 15th -19th June 2015.
Our partners were welcomed by students taking part in the project who gave them a tour of the school in English... and some teachers even attended classes of History, English, Spanish, Mathematics and Sport. So they spoke with students and then with teachers about pedagogical skills and program contents.
They also had several workshops about OER, etwinning and twinspace, assessment, webpage. The teachers visited the IUT (University Institute of Technology) of Chartres. They were given a lecture, and discovered different labs of GEII (for electricals, informatics and industrial engineering). Some of the teachers visited a solar park (built in 2012) in Crucey-Villages, the biggest in Europe with its 244,5 hectares covered by 750 000 photovoltaic panels. They were given a lecture by an engineer specialized in solar energy.
They also visited Lolita Lempicka, perfume industry of Cosmetic Valley and Paris. It was a very interesting week in which everybody learnt and exchanged a lot and activities and tasks to be done for the next meetings were planed.
